As a Course Counsellor at Assure Educations, you will guide students and working professionals to the right program and university. You will handle inquiries, counsel prospects, and support them through the admissions journey while meeting monthly enrolment targets.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, website leads, and walk-ins.
- Understand learner goals and recommend suitable programs and universities.
- Explain eligibility, documents, timelines, and learning modes clearly.
- Support the candidate through application steps and enrolment coordination.
- Maintain accurate updates and follow-ups in CRM.
- Meet monthly counselling and conversion targets with honest guidance.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team for smooth lead handling.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years in counselling, sales, tele-sales, or customer service.
- Strong English communication skills; Hindi is a plus.
- Comfortable with targets, objections, and structured follow-ups.
- Confident with CRM, MS Office, and digital communication.
- Empathetic, organised, and professional in client handling.
